My career has been built at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and commercial strategy. Most recently at WithSecure, I owned a multi-country territory across Eastern Europe and the Baltics — achieving 130%+ quota attainment and a 95%+ renewal rate through partner-led growth. I've designed partner programmes from scratch, reactivated dormant reseller networks, and led strategic QBRs with senior stakeholders.
Before that, I spent three years leading marketing and customer experience at Coptersafety, where I ran international client relationships, global trade show campaigns, and a full website overhaul that grew organic traffic by 20%.
I founded ADEAR to work directly with founders and operators who need real commercial traction — not slides and frameworks, but execution. I speak English and Polish natively, Finnish professionally, and have a working knowledge of Russian, which makes me particularly effective across Nordic, Baltic, and Eastern European markets.
