I'm Adrianna - a commercial growth professional with experience across SaaS, cybersecurity, marketing, and international business development.
Over the past years, I've worked with startups and growth-stage technology companies in sales, partnerships, and go-to-market roles, helping teams strengthen commercial strategy, open new opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. My work has included everything from outbound sales and partnership development to strategic positioning and growth planning.
Having worked across both operational and strategic functions, I bring a broad commercial perspective that connects sales, marketing, and business development instead of treating them as separate silos. I'm particularly interested in helping companies clarify their value proposition, expand into new markets, and create scalable partnership ecosystems.
Alongside my consulting work, I've also built my own entrepreneurial projects, which has given me firsthand understanding of the realities founders face when balancing growth, execution, and limited resources. Before moving into tech, I worked as a chef and studied human nutrition before later completing my MBA.
